This privacy notice explains how personal information submitted through the Konfiq website is used.

Who is responsible

Konfiq is a service brand operated by Vidan Holding ApS, CVR 44158027, Rebekkavej 59, st. 2, 2900 Hellerup, Denmark.

Information we collect

When you submit the inquiry form, we collect the name, company, work e-mail, website and project information you provide. The form also records when the privacy notice was accepted.

Why we use it

We use the information to review and respond to the requested asset assessment, prepare a possible project scope and document the resulting business correspondence. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing list.

Storage and recipients

Validated inquiries are stored privately in WordPress so they are not lost if an e-mail notification fails. Information is available only to people and service providers who need it to operate the website, deliver e-mail, respond to the inquiry or provide an agreed service. Those providers process information under their applicable agreements and legal obligations.

Retention

Inquiry information is kept only as long as it is needed for the request, a possible business relationship and applicable documentation obligations. Unnecessary inquiries are deleted or anonymised as part of regular review.

Your rights

Depending on the applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection to the use of your personal information. You may also contact the relevant data protection authority.

Cookies and measurement

The initial Konfiq website does not use advertising cookies or marketing tracking. If analytics or advertising tools are introduced later, this notice and the consent setup must be reviewed before activation.

This notice may be updated when the website, providers or processing activities change. The latest date is shown at the top of this page.
